Whether you just purchased a Meetio product or signed up for a free trial, you want to be up and running ASAP. To get started, just follow these quick steps and you’ll be enjoying your Meetio software in no time!
1. Download Meetio Room/View
Download latest version of Meetio Room or View by using the appropriate link

- Navigating to the address in the browser on your Android device.
- Download to your computer and transfer by USB-stick to the Android device.
2. Install Meetio software on your Android device
Click the APK file that is downloaded onto your device and choose “Install” (enable installation from unknown source if prompted to do so)
3. Register your device in Meetio Admin
Register an account at admin.getmeetio.com. Register your devices under “Devices > Register new devices”. Choose which software you will be installing (and have a valid license) under Device type. Enter the serial numbers of the devices which are shown on the devices when Meetio Room is started.
4. Activate your license
When registering for a trial or buying Meetio software you will get a mail with a license key under “License management > Claim new licenses”.
5. Allocate your license
Go into “Devices > My devices” and select the device you want to allocate a license to. Press “Allocate license”. The device will now be allocated a license and downloading it automatically.
